Camping

Here are some of the pictures from our camping trip. Pacheco

We decided to make a quick over-night camp out and going up the mountains were beautiful. Here's a few pictures from the trip up. This I believe is Arch Canyon.

These are the wagon ruts left in the rocks by the wagon wheels made by the early settlers in the mountain colonies. Tara and Rebecca are standing next to the right track. Time is slowly wearing them away.

Tara's Birthday

It was Tara's birthday 2 weeks ago. And I am barely getting around to blogging about it. But we got her up early and she was anxious to open her gifts.

Much to her siblings "dis-satisfaction" she got a pink sliver cell phone. She was thrilled, and now I can keep tabs on her.

Life is crazy around here, so trying to fit in a birthday party is a difficult feat. But we managed to have a "Lunch Party" and everyone seemed to have a great time. The candle on her cake was really cool. We got it with the fireworks. You lit the center of the bulb, and a huge flame shot up and then the pettles opened and had 8 candles and a music box that played "Happy Birthday". Pretty exciting!

Basketball

Monday evening Tara comes home and says she gets to play in the tournament tomorrow. So we all said, Yea. She made her lunch and was to bed early. They girls had a great time, if you call running, running and more running, in a hot, humid gym lot's of fun. Then they had ton's of fun!
